M37 Consortium Meeting
CYRIC, as Coordinator of the BROMEDIR project, participated in a physical consortium meeting hosted by CRA-W in Namur, Belgium, at the organisation’s research facilities.
Namur, a historic city in the Wallonia region, provided a strong research-driven setting for technical exchange and collaboration. We sincerely thank CRA-W for hosting the meeting and for their excellent organisation and support throughout the visit.
During the meeting, partners reviewed technical progress and alignment as the project moves towards its final phase, with completion planned in 2026. A key highlight was the laboratory visit, where consortium members observed the BROMEDIR device and discussed its performance and integration in realistic operational conditions, reinforcing the project’s applied and impact-driven approach.
BROMEDIR focuses on the development of compact photonic sensing technologies for advanced mid-infrared spectroscopy, targeting reliable, cost-effective solutions for real-world industrial and agri-food applications.
CYRIC was represented by Nicolas Constantinou (Project Coordinator), Alessandro Giusti, Ronis Maximidis, and Panagiota Loukaidou.
The project brings together a consortium including TU Wien, SI-WARE Systems, NanoPlus, Université Gustave Eiffel, VIGO System, CRA-W, SENSEEN, and ERALYTICS, contributing expertise across research, technology development, and validation.
