Such a great BROMEDIR gathering at a more relaxing environment for Month 30 Consortium Meeting which was hosted by partner Senseen in Nice, France. The 2-day meeting attended by all partners with both in-person and online participation provided the opportunity for colleagues to present a full progress update of all technologies, exchange our mutual interest in all developments to secure our envisioned targets whether at component level for our innovative photodetectors and light sources or at integrated prototype level of our next generation FTIR or PTS spectrometers or at full BROMEDIR integrated system level where two independent FTIR-based systems for liquid sensing will be demonstrated in a Milk analysis application and a Fuel application for monitoring FAME (Fatty Acid Methyl Ester) and one novel PTS spectrometer connected to a newly developed electrochemical Hydrogen separator compressor stack to demonstrate the gas sensing system. Intriguingly, the BROMEDIR system platforms do not just aim to challenge current standards in hardware technologies but in software too, with all colleagues admittedly remaining highly excited about data analytics and cloud platform developed as part of the project to present analysed data seamlessly to end-users.
